worship INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Collaborate with Light Company and The Commons and assist in the planning and execution of their gatherings

• Grow in your understanding of song selection and philosophy, as well as your understanding of the technical side of worship ministry

• Deepen your theology of worships you learn the head, hand, and heart competencies of fundamental worship ministry

Sunday Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Godly character

• Musical competency (vocal and/or instrumental)

• Strong work ethic

• Optimistic spirit

• Driven
