WOMEN’S MINISTRY INTERNSHIP

available SPRING 2026

women’s ministry INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Gain an understanding of how to coordinate and execute group bible studies, ministry events and conferences

• Assist in volunteer organization and coordination within a primarily volunteer-led ministry

• Grow confidence in sharing your story in front of others

• Assist with childcare coordination for bible studies

Sunday Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Responsible and trustworthy

• Teachable and open to receiving feedback

• Diligent and detail oriented

• Self-starter

• Availability on Monday nights and Tuesday mornings after spring break for bible study & March 6-7 for the Women’s Conference
