salt company INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Assist in the planning and execution of Salt Company fall events (Battle of the Ages, End of Year Send-Off)

• Collaborate with Salt Company staff in planning and coordination of Salt Company outreach events

• Meet with and disciple college students

• Work alongside various Salt Company staff members in various projects to gain a wholistic view of how the ministry operates

• Options to grow in public speaking abilities

Sunday Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with perseverance

• Hardworking team player

• Teachable and eager to learn

• Humility
