light company INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Learn the ins and outs of serving in youth ministry throughout the week

• Gain experience in managing ministry process, planning, and executing ministry events

• Grow confidence in practical ministry areas like leading Bible studies, sharing your faith, and teaching in front of students

• Work collaboratively with the Light Company team to accomplish ministry related tasks and achieve goals

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in the execution of internship promotional videos for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills

• Responsible and self-motivated

• Servant leader who is eager to learn

• Enjoys working with middle and high school students

• Availability on Wednesday evenings
