global team INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Assist in the coordination and planning of short term mission trips over Spring Break and Summer

• Work with the Global Resident to evaluate and prepare potential trip-goers

• Plan and coordinate International Student Ministry events

• Assist in communication efforts within the ministry - including social media, event planning, class preparation, etc. 

• Learn cross-cultural discipleship and engagement skills

Sunday Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Humility, adaptability and patience

• Comfortable talking to new people

• Willingness to try new things

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

• Self-starter
