HCKids Team Coordinator


Position Summary

The HCKIDS Team Coordinator is a part-time position (20+ hours/week). The Team Coordinator will assist in carrying out the overall vision and strategies of Hill City Kids primarily through training, equipping, and scheduling volunteers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule volunteers

  • Oversee volunteer on-boarding process

  • Assist in training and equipping volunteers

  • Serve on a rotating basis as HCKIDS coordinator on Sunday mornings

  • Collaborate with HCKIDS Director and Ministry Team Leaders to carry out vision of HCKIDS

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to manage others and facilitate teamwork
